1. Definitions
We will subsequently designate:
- “Site” : the site https://www.djossye.com and all of its pages.
- “Products” or “Services” : all products (materials) and services (benefits) that can be purchased or subscribed to on the Site.
- “Seller” : Intact, legal entity or natural person, offering its Products or Services on the Site.
- “Customer” : the Internet user, individual or professional, making a purchase of Product(s) or Service(s) on the Site.
- “Consumer” , in accordance with the definition of the preliminary article of the Consumer Code : “any natural person who acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity”.
The Internet user visiting the Site and interested in the Products and Services offered by the Seller is invited to read these T&Cs carefully, to print them and/or to save them on a durable medium, before placing an order on the Site.
The Customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions and accepts them in full and without reservation.
2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the seller with non-professional buyers ("Customers or the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale ("Products") by the seller on the site www.djossye.com Governed by Article L.441-6 of the French Commercial Code and in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, these GTC determine the rights and obligations of the seller and Customers to the various contracts offered on the Site. The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows: stain removers, cleaning products.
The main characteristics of the Products, governed by these General Terms and Conditions, are described and presented with the utmost accuracy possible on the product description sheet on the website www.djossye.com . Before each order, the customer is required to read all this information. The Products are offered within the limits of available stocks. The photographs and dimensions are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way.
All information provided to the Seller must be accurate. The Seller shall not be liable for any incorrect information provided. The customer is fully responsible for the selection and purchase of a Product.
These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the website www.djossye.com and will prevail over any other document.
The Customer declares to have read these General Terms and Conditions and to have accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online ordering procedure on the website www.djossye.com. The Seller reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale and therefore asks the Customer to refer to them regularly.

3. Price
The Products are supplied at the current prices appearing on the website www.djossye.com, when the order is registered by the Seller.
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products.
Intact reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price listed in the catalog on the day the order is placed will be the only one applicable to the Customer. Prices do not necessarily include delivery charges, which are charged in addition and calculated prior to placing the order. The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these charges.
4. Orders and payment methods
Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on this site. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. Each time the buyer visits the site, if they wish to order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.), they must log in using this information.
It is the Customer's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the site, according to the following terms: the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the "basket" and can modify or delete them before confirming their order. They must check the delivery address or enter a new one. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and submitted to the buyer. The buyer chooses the payment method of their choice before checking all the information entered and approving the section " I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale ", required for any order validation, which is completed by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. This last click constitutes the definitive conclusion of the contract. The sale will only be considered firm after full payment of the price. The Customer must check the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.
Payment for the Products is made by credit card (Bleue, Visa or Mastercard) or by Paypal. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the authorized payment service provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the website www.djossye.com. The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of fraudulent use of the payment methods used. Any payment, and by definition an order, will only be considered final after actual collection by the Seller of the amount due. The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the price in full under the conditions indicated above. In accordance with current regulations, the Customers' bank details are not kept by the company.
5. Retention of title
Intact retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees and taxes.
6. Delivery:
Delivery is made:
- either by direct delivery of the goods to the buyer;
- either by sending a notice of availability in store to the attention of the buyer;
- either at the place indicated by the buyer on the order form.
The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products may not give rise to the buyer's benefit:
- the allocation of damages;
- cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is borne entirely by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
7. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by means of an unambiguous declaration (email, letter sent by post to the following address: Intact, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris or contact@djossye.com. We recommend that the Customer waits for our response to return the package. In the event that it is positive, if the returned package does not reach the Seller, it will be impossible to launch an investigation with the postal services to locate it. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice printed from the confirmation email. Damaged, deteriorated, soiled, incomplete or open Products (tamper-evident label on the torn case) are not taken back or refunded. To establish the proper functioning of the Products, the Buyer may only handle and inspect them in a manner that would also be permitted in a store, by looking at the product without opening or trying it on.
8. Warranty
All claims must be made by post to the following address: Intact, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris within thirty days of the delivery date. Each request will be reviewed but exchange, refund or credit note are not guaranteed. The photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and cannot engage the liability of the Seller. Within the meaning of the law on liability for defective products, Intact, not being the producer of the products present on its Site, is not held liable in the event of damage. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the import conditions in the country of delivery/consumption concerned before purchasing. The Company cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for the acquisition of the purchase, being solely responsible for compliance with French regulations relating to the products sold on the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
The content of the website www.djossye.com is the property of the Seller and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright. Thus, the illustrations, images and logos appearing on the Site, the Products, the articles or the packaging, whether registered or not, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Seller. The Seller is the owner of all property rights attached to the Site. Consequently, it is strictly forbidden to modify, exploit, reproduce or transfer all or part of the Site without the express written authorization of Intact.
10. Liability
In the distance selling process, Intact is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems. The choice and purchase of a Product or Service are placed under the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer expressly acknowledges that they use the Site at their own risk and under their exclusive responsibility.
11. Applicable law - Language
These General Terms and Conditions and the transactions resulting from them are governed by and subject to French law. These General Terms and Conditions are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be authoritative in the event of a dispute.
12. Disputes
For any complaints, please contact customer service at the Seller's postal or email address indicated in ARTICLE 2 of these T&Cs. The Customer is also informed that he/she may, in any event, use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
