1. Definitions
We will then designate:
- “Site” : the site https://www.djossye.com and all of its pages.
- “Products” or “Services” : all the products (materials) and services (services) that can be purchased or subscribed to on the Site.
- “Seller” : Intact, legal or natural person, offering its Products or Services on the Site.
- "Customer" : the Internet user, individual or professional, making a purchase of Product(s) or Service(s) on the Site.
- "Consumer" , in accordance with the definition of the preliminary article of the Consumer Code: "any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity".

The Customer acknowledges having read the T&Cs and accepts them in full and without reservation.
2. Scope
These General Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the seller with non-professional buyers ("Customers or the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale (“The Products”) by the seller on the website www.djossye.com Governed by article L.441-6 of the commercial code and in accordance with article L.111-1 of the consumer code , these GCS determine the rights and obligations of the seller and the Customers in the various contracts offered on the Site. The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows: stain removers, cleaning products.
The main characteristics of the Products, governed by these GCS, are described and presented with the utmost accuracy on the product description sheet present on the site www.djossye.com . Before each order, the customer is required to read all this information. The Products are offered within the limits of available stocks. The photographs and indications of dimensions are as accurate as possible but in no way bind the Seller.
All information provided to the Seller must be accurate. In the event of communication of erroneous data, the Seller cannot be held liable. The customer is fully responsible for the choice and purchase of a Product.
These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the website www.djossye.com and will prevail over any other document.
The Customer declares to have read these GCS and to have accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before the implementation of the online ordering procedure on the site www.djossye.com. The Seller retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale and therefore asks the Customer to refer to them regularly.

3. Price
The Products are supplied at the prices in force appearing on the site www.djossye.com, when the order is registered by the Seller.
The prices are expressed in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products.
Intact reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. Prices do not necessarily include delivery costs which are invoiced in addition and calculated prior to placing the order. The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.
4. Orders and terms of payment
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on this site. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information.
It is up to the Customer to select the Products he wishes to order on the site, according to the following methods: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket" and may modify or delete them before validating his order. He will have to check the delivery address or fill in a new one. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and submitted to the buyer. The buyer chooses the method of payment of his choice before checking all the information provided and approving the part " I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale “, necessary for any validation of order which is completed by clicking on the button “Confirm my order”. This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. The sale will only be considered firm after full payment of the price. The Customer must verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.
Payment for the Products is made by bank card (Blue, Visa or Mastercard) or by Paypal. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the www.djossye.com site. The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of fraudulent use of the means of payment used. Any payment, and by definition order, will only be considered final after effective receipt by the Seller of the amount due. The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above. In accordance with the regulations in force, the bank details of Customers are not kept by the company.
5. Retention of title
The Intact company retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.
6. Delivery:
Delivery is made:
- either by direct delivery of the goods to the buyer;
- either by sending a notice of availability in store to the attention of the buyer;
- either at the place indicated by the buyer on the order form.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer:
- the award of damages;
- cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is fully borne by the buyer.
In the event of goods missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered mail AR.
7. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by means of an unambiguous declaration (e-mail, letter sent by post to the following coordinates: Intact, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris or contact@djossye.com. We recommend that the Customer to wait for our return to return the parcel.In the event that it is positive, if the returned parcel does not reach the Seller, it will be impossible to launch an investigation with the postal services in order to locate it.Returns must be made within their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice printed from the confirmation email. Products that are damaged, deteriorated, soiled, incomplete or opened (tamper evident label on the torn case) are not taken back or refunded.To establish the proper functioning of the Products, the Buyer may only handle and inspect them in a manner that would also be permitted in store, in looking at the product without opening it or trying it on.
8. Warranty
All complaints must be made by post to the following address: Intact, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris within thirty days of the delivery date. Each request will be studied but the exchange, the refund or the credit note are not guaranteed. The photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and cannot engage the responsibility of the Seller. Within the meaning of the law on liability for defective products, the Intact Company, not being the producer of the products present on its Site, is not held liable in the event of damage. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check before purchasing the import conditions in the country of delivery/consumption concerned. The Company cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for the acquisition of the purchase, being solely responsible for compliance with French regulations relating to the products sold on the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
The content of the www.djossye.com site is the property of the Seller and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and is likely to constitute an offense of counterfeiting. Thus, the illustrations, images and logotypes appearing on the Site, the Products, the articles or the packaging, whether registered or not, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Seller. The Seller holds all the property rights attached to the Site. Consequently, it is strictly forbidden to modify, use, reproduce or transfer all or part of the Site without the express written authorization of Intact.
10. Liability
In the distance selling process, Intact is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems. The choice and the purchase of a Product or a Service are placed under the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer expressly admits using the Site at his own risk and under his exclusive responsibility.
11. Applicable law - Language
These T&Cs and the resulting operations are governed by and subject to French law. These T&Cs are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
12. Disputes
For any complaint, please contact customer service at the Seller's postal or e-mail address indicated in ARTICLE 2 of these GCS. The Client is also informed that he can in any case use the Online Dispute Resolution (RLL) platform.
