1. Definitions of terms used
Hereinafter, the following terms shall be defined as:
- "Site": the website https://www.djossye.com and all its pages.
- "Products" or "Services": all products (goods) and services (benefits) that can be purchased or subscribed to on the Site.
- "Seller": Intact, a legal entity or natural person, offering its Products or Services on the Site.
- "Client": the internet user, whether an individual or a professional, making a purchase of Product(s) or Service(s) on the Site.
- "Consumer", in accordance with the definition in the preliminary article of the Consumer Code: "any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal or liberal activity."
The internet user visiting the Site and interested in the Products and Services offered by the Seller is invited to carefully read these GTC, print them, and/or save them on a durable medium, before placing an order on the Site.
The Client acknowledges having read the GTC and accepts them fully and without reservation.
2. Scope of these conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the seller with non-professional buyers ("The Clients or the Client"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale ("The Products") by the seller on the website www.djossye.com Governed by article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code and in accordance with article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, these GTC define the rights and obligations of the seller and the Clients for the various contracts offered on the Site. The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows: stain removers, cleaning products.
The main characteristics of the Products, governed by these GTC, are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on the product description sheet available on the www.djossye.com website. Before each order, the customer is required to review all this information. The Products are offered subject to stock availability. The photographs and size indications are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way.
All information provided to the Seller must be accurate. In case of erroneous data communication, the Seller cannot be held liable. The client is fully responsible for the choice and purchase of a Product.
These GTC are accessible at any time on the www.djossye.com website and will prevail over any other document.
The Client declares to have read these GTC and accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before the implementation of the online ordering procedure on the www.djossye.com website. The Seller reserves the right to modify these sales conditions and therefore asks the Client to consult them regularly.

3. Price of products and services
Products are supplied at the current prices displayed on the www.djossye.com website, at the time the order is registered by the Seller.
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products.
Intact reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Nevertheless, the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client. Prices do not necessarily include delivery costs, which are billed additionally and calculated prior to placing the order. The payment requested from the Client corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.
4. Orders, payment and invoicing
Before placing any order, the buyer must create an account on this site. The account creation section is directly accessible from the side menu bar. With each visit, the buyer, if they wish to order or consult their account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify themselves using this information.
It is up to the Client to select the Products they wish to order on the site, according to the following procedure: the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the "cart" and can modify or delete them before validating their order. They must verify the delivery address or enter a new one. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and presented to the buyer. The buyer chooses their preferred payment method before verifying all entered information and approving the "I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale" section, which is necessary for any order validation, which concludes by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. This final click constitutes the definitive conclusion of the contract. The sale will only be considered firm after full payment of the price. The Client must verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.
Payment for Products is made by credit card (Bleue, Visa or Mastercard) or by Paypal. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider for banking transactions carried out on the www.djossye.com website. The Seller cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of payment methods. Any payment, and by definition order, will only be considered final after effective receipt by the Seller of the due amount. The Seller will not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Client if the Client does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above. In accordance with current regulations, Clients' bank details are not retained by the company.
5. Retention of Title
Intact retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes.
6. Delivery:
Delivery is made:
- either by direct handover of the goods to the buyer;
- or by sending a notice of availability for pickup at the store to the buyer;
- or at the location indicated by the buyer on the purchase order.
The delivery time indicated when the order is registered is given for informational purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to:
- the payment of damages to the buyer;
- the cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is fully borne by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the purchase order upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
7. Right of withdrawal and product returns
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by means of an unambiguous statement (email, letter sent by post to the following address: Intact, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris or contact@djossye.com). We recommend the Client waits for our response before returning the package. In the event that our response is positive, if the returned package does not reach the Seller, it will be impossible to initiate an inquiry with postal services to locate it. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing for their re-commercialization in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice printed from the confirmation email. Damaged, deteriorated, soiled, incomplete, or opened products (security seal on the packaging torn) will not be accepted or refunded. To establish the proper functioning of the Products, the Buyer may only handle and inspect them in a manner that would also be permitted in a store, by looking at the product without opening or trying it.
8. Legal guarantees and after-sales service
All claims must be made by post to the following address: Intact, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris within thirty days after the delivery date. Each request will be examined, but exchange, refund, or credit note are not guaranteed. The photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and cannot engage the Seller's responsibility. Under the law on liability for defective products, Intact, not being the producer of the products on its Site, is not liable for damages. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check, before purchase, the import conditions in the relevant country of delivery/consumption. The Company cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for the acquisition of the purchase, being solely responsible for compliance with French regulations concerning products sold on the Site.
9. Intellectual property and usage rights
The content of the www.djossye.com website is the property of the Seller and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a counterfeiting offense. Thus, the illustrations, images, and logos appearing on the Site, the Products, the articles, or the packaging, whether registered or not, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Seller. The Seller holds all property rights attached to the Site. Consequently, it is formally forbidden to modify, exploit, reproduce, or transfer all or part of the Site without the express written authorization of Intact.
10. Limitation of Liability
Intact, in the distance selling process, is bound only by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems. The choice and purchase of a Product or Service are placed under the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client expressly acknowledges using the Site at their own risk and under their exclusive responsibility.
11. Applicable Law - Language
These GTC and the operations resulting from them are governed by and subject to French law. These GTC are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
12. Dispute resolution and competent jurisdiction
For any complaint, please contact customer service at the Seller's postal or email address indicated in ARTICLE 2 of these GTC. The Client is also informed that they can, in any case, resort to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
