What is the composition of stain removers?

Our stain removers are of mineral or plant origin. 🌱 They are bleach-free, allergen-free, and phosphate-free, unlike most stain removers on the market. 🫡 Djossye products therefore do not contain any components that are harmful to your health or the environment. 💚

Are your products biodegradable?

Our entire range is of plant or mineral origin and biodegradable between 88 and 97%! 🪄

How do I use stain removers?

Our stain removers are very easy to use:

Pour a little cold water on the stain you want to remove.
Apply stain remover.
Rub the fabric.

If necessary, repeat the operation until you obtain the desired result.

How do I find the right stain remover?

We currently have 6 stain removers that will help you tackle everyday stains, such as oil, drink 🧃, food 🌯 or even ink stains. ✒️

Are your stain removers suitable for all types of fabrics and colors?

Yes! DJOSSYE stain removers are suitable for all types of fabrics and all colors. If you have a silk garment, be sure to treat it gently.

How long do stain removers take to work?

Immediate. Except for stain remover 5 which requires a waiting time of 5 to 15 minutes depending on the age of the stain. 🕐

Are your stain removers designed for wet cleaning or dry cleaning?

Both! All DJOSSYE stain removers can be used with a traditional washing machine (water) or dry cleaning.
