To ensure the successful and timely delivery of your package, please verify that your address is complete and correct, including all relevant and required information. The use of exact abbreviations, street, building, or apartment numbers, as well as useful additional information (such as an access code or mailbox number), is essential for quick delivery. We disclaim all responsibility for loss, misplacement, or incorrect delivery if the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete at the time of the order.
PROCESSING TIME
Each order undergoes specific processing before shipment. The stated timeframe does not include transportation time, which begins once the package is picked up by the carrier. Our processing and shipping times are generally 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that for delivery in France (excluding Corsica) or Belgium, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier selected during the order. For all other destinations served by our site, such as specific or island areas, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days, depending on the country of delivery and the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can also track the progress of your order directly on our website, in the "TRACK MY PACKAGE" section.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from INTACT, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you notice a non-delivery, or if the tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at the following address: contact@djossye.com. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that processing these requests may take more than 15 days.
We cannot be held responsible for packages declared as delivered by the carrier. No refund or credit will be issued if delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order contains multiple items and one or more of them are out of stock, we will ship the available items and refund the unavailable items to your original payment method.
Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple packages if it includes several items.
