Shipping Policy
To ensure your package is delivered on time, please ensure your address is complete and correct, including all relevant and required information. The use of accurate abbreviations, street, building, or apartment numbers, and additional useful information (such as an access code or mailbox number) is essential to ensure prompt delivery. We accept no liability for loss, misplacement, or misdelivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete when ordering.
PROCESSING TIME
Each order undergoes specific processing before shipping. The indicated time does not include the time required for transport, which begins as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier. Our processing and shipping times are generally 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that for deliveries to France (excluding Corsica) or Belgium, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier selected when ordering. For any other destination served by our site, such as specific or island areas, the delivery time can be up to 8 business days, depending on the delivery country and carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the progress of your order directly on our website, under " TRACK MY PACKAGE ."
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from INTACT, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY DECLARATIONS
If you notice a missed delivery, or if the tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days at the following address: contact@djossye.com. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that these requests may take more than 15 days to process.
We cannot be held responsible for packages declared as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credits will be given if delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one or more of them are out of stock, we will ship the available items and refund the unavailable items to your original payment method.
Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple packages if it includes multiple items.
